Sustainability: we’re making progress but we need to do more. The potential to deliver against sustainability objectives starts with measurement
There is a willingness to embrace new tech and use it to enhance the audience experience - but it needs to be affordable
An increased focus on DE&I will help to turn intent into action
Innovation, for example the use of AI to produce exceptional content, will enhance the delegate experience in line with how we live our lives outside of work
While there is some ambivalence and apprehension about 2024, the industry is feeling optimistic, excited and motivated for the year ahead
