Senior Level Leaders Event
Following the launch of our client’s new strategy and as part of our ongoing work with the People and Culture team, we were tasked with bringing the top 40 business leaders from around the world together to connect, collaborate and challenge each other to transform the business.
Working in partnership with a large stakeholder group from across the business, we developed a 2-day event featuring a series of facilitated workshops, immersive activities and opportunities for reflection and discussion.
Underpinned by the Lencioni Model, the event included sessions on building trust, honest conversations, commitment, accountability, and delivering results.
Delegates also explored the concept of the Growth Mindset.
The event was supported by a range of both internal and external contributors including key business partners, behavioural psychologists, professional actors, and highly experienced leadership facilitators, as well as key clients.
Aspect designed and developed each of the workshops, and provided scripting and coaching support to business leaders who had been asked to play an active role in hosting sessions. We also shaped the pre-event communications, including the use of mobile and video, to ensure delegates arrived informed, ready, and focused.
We continue to play an advisory role in post-event communications, as part of our ongoing support to the Vice President of People and Culture and wider Leadership Team.
Delegates were able to meet in person and connect with their colleagues from around the world – in some cases for the first time - and were all fully engaged in an intense two-day shared experience.
All participants left with a deeper understanding of the strategy, stronger relationships with their peers and, critically, laid the foundations for delivering success by committing to personal change and accepting greater responsibility for delivering success.
